Varieties:

Tigerella
Heirloom variety. Juicy, medium sized tomatoes striped red and orange, very tasty, and perfect for sandwidges etc.

Subarctic Plenty
Heirloom variety. This variety was developed in the 1940s to enable the US Servicemen posted in Greenland to grow their own vegetables in the northern climate. Subarctic sets fruit even in cold conditions and is claimed to be the very first tomato to ripen outdoors. It should produce in the winter if protected from frost.

Stripe
Heirloom variety. A medium to large tomato ideal for sauces and other uses where a fleshy tomato is required. Very tasty and the plants are productive and hardy. Our favourite.

Beefsteak
Tasty beefsteak type of tomato, we got it from a freind and don't know the real name (we call it "Mike and Vinnie's Red". A very versatile tomato. The nicest beefsteak I know.

Black Cherry
Easily the tastiest of the cherry tomatoes, not only sweet but full flavoured as well. Plants are strong and vigorous, and produce loads of tasty eating tomatoes.
Big Rainbow
Rare Heirloom. A large, vividly coloured, exotic looking tomato. Fruit is deep red underneath, golden on top and sort of colour runs in between.
Even the flesh of these tomatoes is multi coloured. Delicious tomatoes, somehow seem to combine the whole spectrum of tomato flavours.

The plants are renowned for being productive and vigorous, and are resistant to foliar diseases, making it a good choice for damp humid conditions and
blight prone areas.

The fruit are resistant to splitting unlike most large varieties, and are also resistant to 'Catfacing' that strange calloused knobbly phenomena of large tomatoes,
and don't have the green shoulders and woody stalk either.
Black From Tula
Russian heirloom. Medium to large, deep red, almost purple
tomatoes. Productive and full-flavoured, rich smoky fruit flavour.
Great for sauces, salads or cooked.
Guernsey
Heirloom. Medium sized tomatoes, dark red with green stripes.
Very flavoursome, one of our best eating varieties, great in salads
and snacks. Early fruiting.
